Who contacted whom?
With several organizers, outreach gets duplicated or missed, and everyone ends up searching old message threads.
For reunion organizers
Rosters, outreach, RSVPs and follow-ups. AI-Reunion is a “reunion OS” designed to connect the scattered work that often lives across messaging apps, forms and spreadsheets.
We are currently looking for a small number of design partners planning reunions of roughly 30–200 people.
Does this sound familiar?
With several organizers, outreach gets duplicated or missed, and everyone ends up searching old message threads.
When someone changes plans, organizers often have to update forms and spreadsheets by hand.
Finding non-responders, writing another message and checking progress again adds both work and emotional friction.
AI-Reunion
Give each person a dedicated invitation link, reducing identity matching and keeping outreach connected to the right member.
Participants can update their own response when plans change, reducing one-off messages to organizers.
See who has not responded, who has not been contacted and who is responsible for the next outreach.
Invitation links can travel through LINE, SMS, email or social DMs while leading to the same reunion experience.
Built from a real reunion
The product started with a real middle-school reunion. Every week, practical problems from organizers and participants become inputs for the next improvement. It is not a reunion product designed only on a whiteboard.
Vision
Reunion to Reconnection.
You see a familiar name. You remember something you had forgotten. You learn what someone is doing now. You hear about a local place worth revisiting. Then, perhaps after decades, you reach out.
Trust is the foundation.
A reunion does not start from zero. It begins with shared history, existing relationships and memories. That trust can support new conversations, collaboration and a renewed connection with the places people once called home.
Move beyond RSVP collection and create reasons for old classmates to talk, help one another and reconnect.
Share the places, people and activities that carry meaning precisely because someone grew up there.
In the future, AI-assisted translation could help local memories and recommendations reach international visitors as well.
Before making big claims, we start by helping one person reconnect with another.
Beyond one reunion
FAQ
AI-Reunion is currently in a pre-launch validation phase. We discuss usage conditions and feedback expectations individually with design partners.
No. LINE is an important communication channel in Japan, but the invitation flow is being designed to work through SMS, email and social DMs as well.
Yes. We are initially validating with reunions of roughly 30–200 people, with plans to support smaller classes, clubs and other gatherings too.
We aim to collect only what is necessary for reunion operations and do not expose private rosters or contact details on public pages.
